OMG. my ankle and knees hurt. I'm like some old hag. Worse than you know who. Gosh. I feel so lousy and useless. When I walk, pain. When I do nothing also pain. I think my old problem is back again. Oh joy to the world man! I think I made it worsen yesterday. Screwed up training! ARGHH!
Could this be happening?
